Lot 1: Land At Bubwith

A block of about 11.0 acres of young woodland and amenity land situated to the south of the rural village of Bubwith.

The young woodland was planted in early 2019 to a Forestry
Commission design with a mixture of native trees including oak,
birch, cherry, willow, rowan and alder. Once established this will further enhance the amenity and enjoyment of the land.

Grant aid at the rate of £200/ha/year is available to help with the on going maintenance of the trees.

The land is registered but the entitlements are not included in the sale.
