Ambleside Farm

Ambleside Farm was believed to have been built in the 1980’s and comprises four poultry sheds measuring a combined total of approximately 52,000 sqft. The sheds are built using a timber frame with timber clad walling under a corrugated tin sheet roof. Outside are concreted service areas. Each building has its own feed silo and the site is served by two LPG tanks (owned by the supplier).

The site has previously been occupied as a broiler unit, more recently, pullet rearing. Ambleside Farm is available with vacant possession upon completion. The property is accessed through steel gates leading from Church Road.
